Order confirmation form
Tell us the make/model, color preferences and exceptions, spec requirements, budget limit, and any additional notes. This can also be done directly over WhatsApp.
Bidding deposit
KSh 200,000 (KSh 100,000 for existing customers, 10% for cars exceeding KSh 3,000,000). Fully deducted from the final price, and fully refundable if we fail to source your car or it has a major defect.
Auction & dealer purchase
Our agents bid in Japan according to your order form, prioritizing maintenance history first, then color, specs, and features. Cars are verified on-site before any bid is placed.
Pre-export inspection
Every winning bid goes through a full mechanical inspection engine, suspension, underbody, and mileage authentication followed by a KEBS-certified QISJ inspection before booking.
Shipment & clearance
You'll get your ETD/ETA and a live tracking tool. Shipping takes 3–4 weeks. Our Mombasa team handles customs clearing, duty payment, and registration end-to-end.
Delivery
On arrival in Nairobi, we run a mechanical check and test drive any defect is fixed at our cost. Full wash, detailing, and grooming follow. Then your car is ready.

Our inspection standard
Every car is delivered in full road-worthy condition, under a rust-free and accident-free guarantee, with mileage authentication and full supporting documentation. Our Risk-Free policy means minor issues are attended to at our cost and in the highly unlikely case of a major issue, we cancel the reservation for a full refund.
